Age in Spain's Residency Helpline is an online resource centre and one to one information service specifically for British Nationals that need to complete their Spanish residency application.

Whether you have already taken some steps to complete your Spanish residency application or don't know where to begin, we can help you.

On this page we provide you with some online resources to help you navigate the residency application process. 

We also provide you with ways to contact Age in Spain and other organisations that can help you with the residency application process individually.

Contacts for help with Residency Applications

There are three organisations providing practical support to UK Nationals who may have difficulty completing their residency application or registration. This support is funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office via the UK Nationals Support Fund.

If you, or someone you know, is having difficult completing the paperwork for the purpose of applying for residency, please see the details and geographical coverage of the three organisations who can assist you in Spain, including Age in Spain's team.

For help if you live in Catalonia or the Balearic Islands:

Age in Spain's Residency Helpline

Age in Spain is providing telephone, email and local support for British Nationals who live in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.

However, you can contact us from other regions in Spain and we will either help you to find information to help you progress your residency application process or point you in the direction of an organisation that can help in your region.

Our Residency Helpline is staffed between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
